1. Dimensions – What is the width of the rolls?

3. Do we provide after-sales service?

If you encounter quality issues, follow these steps:

1. Take photos or videos of the issue.
2. Take photos or videos of the roll labels.

What will we do?

1. Your quality report will be sent to our QC team on the same day.
2. The QC team will locate samples from inventory based on the roll labels and test them.
3. If the samples are fine, we may request the defective product for further testing.
4. After identifying the issue, we will provide the best solution.

4. Shipping and Packaging

Due to the sensitivity of self-adhesive materials to temperature and humidity, we use kraft paper and stretch film to seal the materials, effectively maintaining their performance. Please inform us if you have specific packaging requirements.

5. Sample Service

Before production, we provide samples for performance testing. Upon confirmation, production will proceed based on the approved sample.
Sample lead time: 3-7 working days.

6. How long do your labels last, and how should they be stored?

With proper storage, our labels can last up to 18 months from the production date.

• Storage recommendations:
  • Temperature: 20-22°C
  • Humidity: 50-55%
  • Store rolls horizontally, avoiding direct sunlight and heat sources.
  • Use a “first in, first out” inventory rotation system to maintain label freshness.
